Working From Home: the Pros and Cons.
As we go through life we can be presented with some serious life changes. One major change can be a career change. In today’s economy there is no real security or guarantee that tomorrow you will still have a job. Maybe you have a job that you hate and would like to make a change to something that you have an interest in and would enjoy. Another reason for unexpected change could be health related. Whatever the reason for a job or career change you need to start thinking about what you might do if you are faced with making that change.
With the explosion of the internet, information technolodgy and e-commerce more and more people are starting home internet businesses to suppliment their incomes or change thier way of making a living altogether.
If you’re thinking of starting a home business, you’ve got to realize something about life. Life has a certain balance: there is no pleasure without pain, and there are no pros without cons. There are upsides and downsides of home businesses that you need to consider.

Recharge Your Romance
Early in a relationship the romance factor is very high. The romance is seemingly effortless and it seems as though the romance will never fade. You may find, however, that over time the romance does fade and the relationship doesn’t seem as exciting as it did in the beginning. This is natural as a couple becomes more familiar with each other and life becomes more stressful. They begin to focus more on the stresses of daily life and less on each other. This can lead to feelings of frustration and resentment.
On the other hand, as you move into your later years a lot of the stresses begin to fade away. The kids grow up and you find that you and your spouse have more time to spend together. This sounds good but the change can present new problems. You need to work at learning to relate to one another again. You need to enjoy this new found time and put romance back into the ralationship. This may not be as easy as you might think but you need to make the effort to recharge the relationship because this could be the best time of your life. Enjoy it together.

Healthy Golden Years
As you start moving beyond middle age and into your "golden years" you will notice or undoubtably have noticed gradual and subtle changes in the way you look and feel.
This is what I refer to as one of life’s "ULTIMATE LIFE CHANGES".You start to loose energy, drive, strength, endourance and even your sex drive. Most people start to gain weight and find it very difficult to loose those extra pounds. You’ll start to notice aches and pains in your joints. Some of you will even discover that yourblood pressure, blood glucose and cholesterol levels are increasing. Your doctor will tell you that your health is going downhill(as if you hadn’t already figured that out) and that if you want to live to a ripe old age you need to make some serious life style changes. In other words, you are aging.
How can we make the most of our lives? Perhaps the most overlooked aspect of our later years, as well as the one that may have the greatest impact on our overall well-being, is our health and fitness. How, then, can we best ensure our health and fitness into our mid and later years? Exercise!

When Opportunity Knocks…
You never know what is going to happen in life and there are always so many twists and turns. Doors open and doors close, but somewhere along your journey, opportunities will knock. They might not be easy to spot but if you are paying attention and are ready willing and able to take advantage of them you will be amazed at what good things can happen in your life.
Here is my step by step process for taking advantage "When Opportunity Knocks":
Step 1 – Be Aware
You need to maintain a constant vigilence and lookout for opportunity. It sometimes happens when you least expect it. But again, unless you are paying attention , you won’t know it if it hit you square in the face.
Step 2 – Explore
As the opportunity is presented… explore the options and potential. You’d be amazed at what might grow from a small seedling of opportunity. Opportunities may present themselves through relationships and networking. In fact, networking is one of the best ways to find new opportunities.
Step 3 – Act
Take action on the opportunity. Even if you don’t have all the answers or the knowledge… don’t let that stop you. No one has all the answers or knowledge. The point here is to act. If you don’t act fast the opportunity will pass or someone else will take advantage and snatch it away from you.

Just breathe! It is all going to be okay!
It seems like
everywhere you look, everything you read and everything you hear is about the Economy and Change. Now I’m not going to harp on the economy, we all know the reality of the economy – enough said.
What I am going to focus on is CHANGE. Everything in the universe, inclucing our lives is in a constant state of change. Once you can accept this fact and embrace it you will, to a large extent, be able to control the CHANGE and thereby control your destiny… your success… and achieve your dreams.
By creating the right mindset and EMBRACING CHANGE you can have the life you’ve always dreamed of. It is up to you to embrace the CHANGE, learn to feel comfortable being uncomfortable and start making a positive difference. I’m here to tell you that you can do it! How do I know? Because if I can do it… you can do it! It is important that you EMBRACE CHANGE and to do that you must start with your mindset .You must change your way of thinking. You must have faith in yourself and the laws of nature.
When You Change Your Thinking…
You Can Change Your Life!
Start today to make a difference… Not for your partner, not for your family or friends, not for your boss or co-workers… but do it for YOU! You must first help yourself in order to be able to help others.
